Our Web Design Process

Our web design process is engaging and based on your specific business needs.

 

Phase One: Discover

We want to know all about your business! Part of our web design process is filling out a discovery questionnaire that will tell us more about your business or project. Next, I can schedule a time to talk or text about what was submitted so I can send over a proposal, and we can start the next process step!

Phase Two: Design

Using the information during our discovery and web design process, we will work to create a custom design with you in mind. You will receive a full-page concept of the home page for review and input. (This is a collaboration, so we would love to hear back from you and want your feedback throughout the process.)

Phase Three: Development

Once you approve the design of your site, it's time to get to work! We will use the initial concept and use it to make your website. During the development stage, you can either work on the content or use our copywriting service to get it done. We will take your content and lay it out on each page to ensure it looks great and is easy to read. Once your website is complete, we will provide you with a private viewing of your site. (This will allow you to see it before it launches so you can make sure you like the images and content layout.)

Phase Four: Launch

Finally, it is launch time! (This means you have tested, approved, and are ready to make your site live.) We will do all the technical work in this process by uploading it to your server, making it live, and doing any other necessary debugging.

Phase Five: Support

Your website is finally launched! We will schedule and set a date for training to manage your site and answer any further questions. We can then discuss support options; your site will need upkeep to grow.
